Plant A Flower Day - 12th March 2021

Do you have some spare time? Do you enjoy being outside in the fresh air?

Join Mountbatten Hampshire for Plant A Flower Day 12 March 2021.

What is Plant A Flower Day?

Join us in growing a Sunflower for ‘Plant A Flower Day’.  If you have a garden, window box or front door or an allotment which gets a lot of sunlight then these are ideal locations.

Who can be involved?

Start some friendly competition with your family, friends and local community or school by inviting them to participate. Nurture your sunflowers so that they are the tallest and brightest!

It is great having something new to talk about and an excuse to get out in the garden to enjoy some fresh air!

Let’s flood Hedge End, Romsey, Botley, West End, Eastleigh, Hamble, Winchester, Southampton, and West Hampshire with a sea of sunshine yellow.    Celebrate Plant a Flower Day on 12 March 2021 with your local Hospice.

Arts and Crafts If you are not able to grow sunflowers, would you like to draw or paint them?  We love to display pictures from our amazing supporters to brighten up the Hospice and share sunshine with our patients and staff OR pop them in your window on display at home to share your happiness with passers-by.
