If you are looking to challenge yourself whilst also enjoying the beauty of our Hampshire villages, this 11-mile route from Stockbridge is perfect.

Lying in the heart of Test Valley, this route starts in the picturesque town of Stockbridge.

The River Test flows under the high street, and you can still catch a glimpse of trout if you are lucky.

Using the old railway line, the path passes through Stockbridge Common – a quiet world of reedbeds and waterfowl. Here, the Clarendon Way crosses the valley just before you reach the ancient crossing point of Horsebridge.

Continue on to the National Trust sight of Mottisfont and down through to Romsey's Memorial Park, where there'll be a warm finish-line welcome and a medal!
