Rehabilitation can help you to to manage and adapt to the challenges of living with a life-limiting condition. We offer a range of activities and therapies to help build confidence, promote independence and well-being, and maintain a good quality of life.
The rehabilitation team at Mountbatten includes physical therapists, occupational therapists and volunteers who will support you to live well. When you are referred to the service, they will talk to you about your goals and create a tailored plan for you.
