Our vision is of a world where all dying people and those close to them have access to expert, compassionate and cost effective care of the highest quality, whatever the illness, whoever they are and wherever they happen to be. Our Quality Account Each year, we will produce a Quality Account, which outlines how we intend to make improvements to the quality of care over the coming year, and reviews how we have improved quality over the previous year.
