Becky qualified as a physiotherapist in 1996 and over the past fourteen years has worked within the hospice sector as a clinician and later in leadership and management positions at Mountbatten Isle of Wight.

In April 2019, Becky started a new role at Mountbatten Hampshire as General Manager and now Director of Operations, part of the senior management team at the Mountbatten Group.

Becky also has experience of working in a voluntary capacity in local third-tier government and community projects – serving for five years as town councillor – including two years as Deputy Mayor and a year as Mayor.

Becky completed her Masters in Hospice Leadership and Management in September 2019.
