  2. Light Up A Life

Light Up A Life

During the festive season, take time to remember and celebrate the life of someone who won’t be with you this year. Light Up A Life is for everyone – not only for patients and families we have helped.

It’s your opportunity to remember and celebrate the life of someone dear to you.

You are invited to join us at 4pm on Saturday 12th December for our Light Up A Life service where our tree will be lit, and we will light candles in memory of all those who are special to us.

We will be joined by The Mountbatten Community Choir, Soloist Amy Bottriell and St James Primary School to sing some carols.

This year, as we will not be able to be together physically, the service will be available to watch live, here on our website.

As is the tradition of Light Up A Life, for a small donation you can dedicate a light on our Christmas tree in memory of a loved one. Your dedication will be added to the virtual tree on our website until the end of December.

We look forward to you joining us.

How to dedicate a light

Step 1 - click here or click on the 'In memory of a loved one' tile below

Step 2 - click on the 'dedicate a light' button

Step 3 - choose your donation amount

Step 4 - complete and submit the form ensuring that the appeal is set to 'In memory of a loved one'

You can print a copy of the order of service by clicking on the link lightupalife-orderofservice.pdf
