Hazel Centre

Everyone is welcome to visit the Hazel Centre, which is open to day patients, their families and friends.

The aim is to help you to live well with your illness, and find ways to support you to cope with its challenges. 

You may be involved in one of our regular groups that meet here, or you may also attend an outpatient appointment.
